Luxury lifestyle company is seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to assist with processing bi-weekly payroll accurately using the Ultimate Software (UltiPro) system. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processing and involves managing Time &amp; Attendance, maintaining precise payroll records, and supporting the company's retirement plan and workers’ compensation audits.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll accurately using the Ultimate Software (UltiPro) system.</li>
<li>Manage Time &amp; Attendance with support staff and supervisors while maintaining precise payroll records.</li>
<li>Process and verify employee payroll changes, deductions, garnishments, regular checks, and manual checks.</li>
<li>Coordinate resolution with payroll system representatives for ongoing inquiries and requests.</li>
<li>Support the company's retirement plan and ensure timely processing.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support retirement plan and workers’ compensation audits.</li>
<li>Maintain control of company payroll files with strict confidentiality.</li>
<li>Maintain a filing system for payroll and related records.</li>
<li>Research and resolve questions from managers and employees related to payroll processing, such as PTO and tax questions.</li>
<li>Assist the Finance department with additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in payroll processing, specifically with multi-state operations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using payroll systems such as UltiPro, UKG, or Kronos.</li>
<li>Experience with garnishments and processing payroll for over 350 employees.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.</li>
<li>3-5 years of relevant experience.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree is nice to have, with a minimum of an Associate's degree required.</li>
<li>Accounting experience is advantageous, including experience with journal entries and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Experience with ADP Workforce Now is beneficial.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site and requires a professional demeanor. The role involves working closely with both the payroll team and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.
