Job Summary:
 The official job title is Lead Care Manager (LCM). 
The Lead Care Manager (LCM) role involves developing personalized care plans, coordinating member services, and collaborating closely with members and families, as well as Primary Care Providers to ensure they receive necessary medical treatment and support. The LCM will consult with members to determine their needs, develop individualized action plans, and work with care teams to manage the member experience effectively. PAY RANGE:

Patient Care Coordinators Main Objective: Overall, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:

<li>Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic</li>
<li>Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently seeing to it that all clinical trial protocols are being adhered to 100% of the time</li>
<li>Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials</li>
<li>Ensuring patients come to and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study</li>
<li>Data Entry timely and accurately entered for clinical visits into multiple online systems</li>
<li>Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials</li>
<li>Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site</li>
<li>Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians including ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols</li>
</ul>
 Skills needed to win:

<li>Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in any patient facing or customer service position</li>
<li>Required: 2+ years of professional work experience</li>
<li>Required: B.S or B.A from any accredited university, or 2+ years of professional work experience in a healthcare or clinical setting</li>
<li>Preferred: Registered Nurse (R.N.), Licensed practical nurse (L.P.N), Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Radiology Technician, Respiratory Therapist experience highly desirable</li>
<li>This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.</li>
<li>Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.</li>
