Experience & Skills Required:
- Proficient in front office dental duties
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
- Comfortable in a paperless, digital practice
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling, and billing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and build lasting professional relationships
- Schedule new patient, recare, and treatment appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage
- Calculate co-pays and collect payments
- Submit or enter pre-determinations online
- Collaborate with front office teammates on daily opening/closing duties
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate treatment plans and patient education
