Were looking for a positive, energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.
What Youll Do
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Handle incoming/outgoing emails, mail, and patient communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry
- Support daily office operations (filing, scanning, organizing)
- Assist with insurance verification and basic administrative tasks
- Help create a friendly, organized, and high-energy office environment
What Were Looking For
- Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software)
- Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
