We are hiring per diem Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic care team at Worcester Rehabilitation &amp; Health Care Center!
Up to $50 an hour with weekly pay.

As an Occupational Therapist, you provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload while also participating in the clinical team process. </li>

Evaluates patients/residents and develops appropriate care plans.

Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care. Treatment venue includes individual, supervised and group.

Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.

Responsibilities

<li>Ability to teach adaptive strategies and compensatory techniques </li>
<li>Experience treating adult and geriatric populations Knowledge of Medicare guidelines (e.g., RUG/PDPM) </li>
<li>Discharge planning and caregiver training Understanding of fall prevention and safety protocols</li>
