Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of residents to identify their needs and capabilities.
- Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's requirements.
- Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing safety, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Provide training in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and strategies for fall prevention.
- Offer cognitive support to residents as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience working with senior populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
