The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) currently consists of 16 attorneys working collaboratively to provide a full range of legal services to Columbia University.&nbsp; OGC is seeking an attorney with corporate and/or transactional experience to work on a range matters of including:&nbsp; business matters, contract review, litigation, labor and employment, copyright, property acquisitions, student and faculty issues, and tax, among others. Responsibilities

The University of Montevallo (UM) invites nominations and applications for a full­ time, tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in management, beginning in August 2024. A Ph.D. or DBA in management from an AACSB International accredited institution is required but ABD status doctoral candidates will be considered.
Candidates who possess management experience or hold certifications in the field will be given special consideration.&nbsp;Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and&nbsp;MBA&nbsp;levels. The desired candidate will have experience in teaching courses in entrepreneurship as well as general management. The successful candidate will be a dedicated teacher, active scholar, and effective mentor for students with diverse backgrounds, preparation and career goals.
