<ul>
<li>Monitors and analyzes student attrition and retention data and works with other college leaders to develop initiatives that can be implemented to improve retention.</li>
<li>Assures students are provided support services to maintain the highest level of student achievement while safeguarding the integrity of the educational process.</li>
<li>Ensures student satisfaction surveys are administered at least bi-annually, and that the feedback is provided to faculty in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Ensures processes are in place to track, monitor and record student outcomes including graduation rates, credentialing rates, and placement rates and provides required reports as needed.</li>
<li>Participates in graduation ceremonies.</li>
<li>Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of student information/records.</li>

<li>Professional Development
<ul>
<li>Maintains required credentials and knowledge in teaching field.</li>
<li>Participates in professional development and organizations in order to maintain an understanding of current ideas, research and practices, attends meetings, workshops and seminars to enrich personal growth, knowledge and skill in management development.</li>
<li>Attends at least one (1) professional development activity annually and two (2) in-service events annually. Adheres to College/University policies and procedures and conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the College/University's Code of Ethical Conduct, Compliance Agreement, Sexual Harassment Policy or any of its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.</li>
<li>Maintains regular and timely attendance, reports to work as scheduled and as required to meet the needs of the College/University and assures time worked and/or time-off is recorded properly.</li>
<li>Exercises care, proper use and maintenance of department equipment and supplies and identifies unsafe conditions and makes appropriate adjustments.</li>
<li>Maintains order, cleanliness and safety at work.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Your Experience Includes:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging.</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor in a program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).</li>
</ul>
Required Education, Certifications, and Licensures
<ul>
<li>Master's degree.</li>
<li>Must be a graduate from a radiography program accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or an otherwise recognized training entity (e.g., hospital-based program) in the specialty field or subject area in which they teach.</li>
<li>Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in radiography or equivalent.</li>
<li>Current Texas license/permit as Radiologic Technologist.</li>
<li>Current radiology supervisor and operator certificate.</li>
<li>Current CPR Card.</li>

Our firm seeks a very experienced legal secretary/legal assistant who is familiar with both federal and state calendaring and filing procedures.

Duties will include:
responsible for all calendaring of pleading and discovery deadlines
creation of correspondence, discovery requests and pleadings including TOA's and TOC 's for longer briefs.
answering phones and making calls to arrange depositions and other related court services.
maintenance of electronic and paper files
transcription of dictation
preparation of client invoices and tracking same
interacting with courtroom staff, clients, and opposing counsel

Desired Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
