 Position Overview The Construction Manager / Crane Assembler plays a critical role in managing the construction and assembly of ship loaders for material handling projects at port facilities. Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in Construction Management or related discipline.</li>
<li>Adequate knowledge of, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Outlook.</li>
<li>Adequate knowledge in Procore Construction Software.</li>
<li>A minimum of ten (10) years previous experience in construction required.</li>
<li>Must complete OSHA 30 certification within the first year of hire along with required jurisdictional safety certifications</li>

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Must work well with others, be highly organized and detail oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
<li>Understanding of all construction related documents - plans, specifications, etc.</li>
<li>Understanding of construction contracts: AIA</li>
<li>Negotiate with vendor and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts - buyout</li>
<li>Serve as liaison between owner, architect, engineer and trade workers</li>
