Permitting, Reporting &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Prepare and submit permit applications for project teams.</li>
<li>Prepare project status, technical, and acquisition reports for project teams and client management.</li>
<li>Assist with document preparation, control, meeting agendas, and other project-related activities.</li>
<li>Assist with subcontractor management including review of contracts, invoices, and change orders.</li>
</ul>
Project Planning &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and establishment of project objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company, site safety, and motor vehicle safety policies.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; QualificationsRequired Skills
<ul>
<li>Ability to read and understand title reports, appraisal reports, and land surveys</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of general real estate law and title work</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as an effective team member</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated presentation skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Experience with database system management</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company driving privileges</li>
