This opportunity is built for individuals who want to start or transition into commercial real estate with structure, guidance, and real exposure from day one. It is designed for licensed real estate professionals, or those actively completing licensing, who want to learn inside a producing commercial environment while earning rewarding commissions.


You will learn how to identify commercial property opportunities, qualify investor interest, and support senior commercial advisors by connecting the right conversations to the right deals. The focus is on learning how to communicate professionally, research effectively, and stay consistent while developing the foundation needed to move toward a commercial listing-focused path.


You will gain hands-on exposure to real commercial transactions, live deal flow, and investor conversations. With proven systems, steady activity, and step-by-step mentorship, this environment is designed to help you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and create long-term momentum in commercial real estate.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

Qualifications:

  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Real estate license required
  • Superb communication
