Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is seeking a talented Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Burnsville, Minnesota! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting APL as part of a team by serving as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails for business-to-business customers including the small independent pharmacy, large direct to store retail customers, ASI promotional customers, and wholesale customers as well as supporting the consumer customer. This role supports processing orders, handling communications, handling post-sale customer service issues and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Essential Duties + Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship

<li>Serves as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails for the small independent pharmacy, large direct to store retail customers, ASI promotional customers, and wholesale customers as well as cross-trained to handle eCommerce consumer customers.</li>
<li>Handles all customer calls and correspondence across all brands related to orders, product, shipping and quality in a prompt, professional, respectful, and tactful manner to ensure superior customer experience.</li>
<li>Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships through all phases of the sales process to include initial and recurring orders; ensures orders ship on time to meet customer’s expectations while communicating any applicable changes.</li>
<li>Documents customer feedback according to APL procedures.</li>
<li>Ensures timely and successful delivery of APL products according to customer needs and objectives; follows APL procedures to address customer needs and issues:

<li>Tracking package status which includes but is not limited to dispositions, lost packages, traces, carrier issues, etc.</li>

<li>Receives, acknowledges, and manages orders through web-based portals as required by customer.</li>
<li>Completes and manages B2B order management process, including verifying all order information, pricing, obtaining tax documents, capturing payment, and fulfilling orders.</li>
<li>Manages Shopify B2B business, including but not limited to, orders and reporting.</li>
<li>Manages EDI orders, ASI (promotional products) and custom imprinted orders.</li>
<li>Specific account management as requested by Customer Relations Manager.</li>
<li>Accountable for new customer set ups and maintenance of records/information in APL database.</li>

Responsible for a written plan, in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy,&nbsp;in the policy manual for ongoing review of processes to assure compliance with proper&nbsp;procedures. 4. Responsible for proper control and documentation of all scheduled dug usage and inventory control. 5. Ensures that the daily computer hard copy logs for new prescriptions, refills, and scheduled prescriptions are signed&nbsp;by the pharmacist on duty for the day and that all other daily activities are in compliance with state and federal law.&nbsp; 6. Supervises patient counseling activities and monitors patient waiting time.&nbsp; 7. Coordinates with the Compliance Officer for all orders and approves all inventory purchase orders and daily wholesale&nbsp;purchase requests in the compounding pharmacy to directly monitor inventory levels and balance.&nbsp; 8. Reviews all daily reports for accuracy and facilitates any corrections needed. 9. Monitors supplies and equipment for appropriate use and takes steps to keep misuse to a minimum. 10. Oversees and verifies the proper completion and documentation of scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annually,&nbsp;and annually) environmental equipment, cleaning, and monitoring and maintenance as required by USP 795 and 800. 11. Oversees and monitors maintenance of lab equipment, ensuring all scheduled maintenance is performed and documented. 12. Trains employees on current equipment and new equipment as needed. 13. Actively manages all aspects of the inventory including pre-made&nbsp;products to minimize the cost of goods and maintains an accurate inventory within the pharmacy software. 14. Monitors&nbsp;the pharmacy for expired medications on a monthly basis&nbsp;and documents cost for expired and “loss” of medications on a monthly report. Safety and Policies &amp; Procedures 1. Immediately investigates any accidents or incidents related to patient care and/or employee well-being and reports it&nbsp;to the Director of Pharmacy. 2. Displays a willingness to support policies and procedures and uses appropriate channels for change.&nbsp; 3. Assists the Director of Pharmacy with&nbsp;preparation and editing of corporate policies and procedures.
 Personnel Management &amp; Development 1. Responsible for the management of all compounding pharmacists and compounding technicians daily duties. 2. Consistently communicates company goals, policies, directives, and other essential information throughout the&nbsp;departments. 3. Assits the Director of Pharmacy with Interviews candidates as needed to ensure only high-quality individuals are allowed to become team members. 4. Exercises and maintains authority regarding&nbsp;compounding staff performance activities including but not limited to:&nbsp;employee counseling/coaching, resolving conflict, recognition, rewarding, or terminating employees when necessary. 5. Documents and reviews employee performance on an annual basis to ensure performance expectations are met or&nbsp;exceeded in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy.&nbsp; 6. Attends organizational in-services and pertinent continuing education courses and disseminates essential information&nbsp;to staff. 7. Assists with the orientation of new employees where applicable.&nbsp; 8. Instills a sense of pride and importance in all employees through regular interaction and recognition of their efforts. 9. Coordinates the schedules of the staff to assure work is completed in an appropriate amount of time, in&nbsp;order to eliminate unnecessary overtime accumulation.&nbsp; 10.
