Areas of Responsibility:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with care team members and other staff to ensure coordinated patient care and compliance with the care plan.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, Athena, in-person, etc.</li>
<li>Facilitate and coordinate visits with PT’s, OT’s and Providers in Assisted Living Facilities and patients' homes to enhance patient care and support.</li>
<li>Deliver medications to patients’ homes, review instructions, and perform medication reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between current medication lists and what is found in the home.</li>
<li>Coordinate and facilitate telehealth visits between patients and pharmacists, specialists, therapists, and primary care providers, ensuring patients receive timely care.</li>
<li>Set up training, instruct patients on the use of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) equipment, providing ongoing support, education and troubleshooting, when necessary.</li>
<li>Deliver durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in homes and ALFs, ensuring proper assembly and functionality. Provide training to patients and caregivers on the correct use of DME.</li>
<li>Perform routine venipuncture for laboratory testing and ensure proper specimen handling and labeling.</li>
<li>Collect blood specimens during home or facility visits as needed to support patient care and diagnostics.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or Licensed Nurse preferred. Certifications or licenses must be in good standing.</li>
<li>Phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced in phlebotomy, candidate must be willing to complete training and demonstrate competency in the skill.</li>
<li>Previous experience in public health or home health preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with DME delivery or logistics operations preferred.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in using technology tools and platforms for remote patient monitoring, telemedicine, and electronic medical records.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to read and communicate effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge.</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.</li>
<li>Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.</li>
<li>Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.</li>
<li>Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working condition.</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record and experience operating vehicles in a professional capacity</li>

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li>
<li>Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program is required.</li>
<li>Current Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certificate is required.</li>
<li>Current registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a math test pertinent to retail pharmacy activities.</li>
<li>Current BLS /CPR certification is required.</li>
<li>Two (2) years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.</li>
<li>One (1) or more years of experience in community pharmacy is preferred.</li>
<li>One (1) or more years of experience in pharmacy logistics is preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with staff, community, and the public.</li>
<li>Ability to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Project management skills and understanding of 340b regulations, inventory management and managing a cash register.</li>

Position Overview:
This role is for a Clinical Research Psychologist (Psy.D.) who will specialize in the psychological and behavioral components of Phase I-IV Clinical Trials. The successful candidate must ensure the rigorous application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards while executing standardized psychological assessments and/or interventions within the trial protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Protocol Execution &amp; Fidelity
<ul>
<li>Standardized Assessment: Administer, score, and interpret psychological, behavioral, and cognitive outcome measures (e.g., HAM-D, MINI, cognitive batteries) exactly as defined in the trial protocol and Schedule of Assessments.</li>
<li>Intervention Delivery: Deliver manualized, protocol-specific psychological interventions (e.g., psychoeducation, cognitive training, behavioral therapy) to trial participants, ensuring strict fidelity to the treatment manual.</li>
<li>Rater Training and Certification: Actively participate in all rater training sessions, pass required certification tests (e.g., mock interviews, scale scoring competency exams), and maintain inter-rater reliability throughout the duration of the trial.</li>
<li>Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the PI, Study Coordinators, Pharmacists, and Sponsors to ensure seamless integration of psychological procedures into the overall trial logistics.</li>
