Responsibilities:
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Answer customer inquiries, process orders, resolve basic issues, and provide excellent customer service</li>
<li>Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy</li>
<li>Communicate with warehouse, sales team, and other departments as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer records, update information, follow call-sheets and checklists</li>
<li>Print reports for next day’s staff</li>
<li>Willingness to help/cross-train in other departments as needed</li>
