Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Location: Oceanside, CA


Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
  • Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
  • Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary. ? Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
