Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: Oceanside, CA
Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:
- Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
- Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary. ? Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
