Customer Service Rep II
- Works with both managers and production employees to ensure the company hits its production goals on time.
- Act as liaison to Customers.
- Handle all the scheduling and ensure the materials are ready to go to increase production efficiency. Primary Duties Provide timely status updates to customers.
- Coordinate between engineering, production, quality and shipping to ensure on-time delivery of products. Plan production control activities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Schedule and monitor material movement in the production cycle.
- Optimize scheduling of manufacturing processes and resources.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Experience with Epicor preferred Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ scheduling experience in a relevant industry Demonstrated proficiency with ERP and Excel software
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to visually see hard copy customer/engineering specifications
