Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Case Manager to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Participate in organization-wide meetings, team training, and departmental events.</li>
<li>Present clients’ psychosocial needs and strengths during interdisciplinary and care coordination meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation, including assessments, referrals, legal documentation, and service updates.</li>
<li>Report serious incidents or grievances immediately to the Program Manager and complete incident reports as required.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice) strongly preferred.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on mental health, addiction, aging, trauma, or related areas.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Social Work must include LSWA-level licensure.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of D.C. social service resources and compliance requirements.</li>

Salary ** $18 - $20 per hour DOE **

Ewing Outdoor Supply looking for a Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service at our Von Ormy SuperCenter! The correct new teammate will have a passion for customer service and safety, but also have the ability to hustle and keep up in a fast paced distribution warehouse, where serving our contractors and customers is our priority.
This position will have delivery and warehouse responsibilities, so the ability to flex and lift 50-70 lbs. will be required of you. We will be flexing your brain as well, building your skill set and product knowledge to help at the sales counter as you grow.
Prior green industry and landscape experience is preferred, but not required, we can teach you.
If your are bilingual English/Spanish, that would be preferred, but not a requirement. We will always look for the right team fit.

<li>Prior Outdoor Supply Industry Experience</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working most of your shift on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks, such as stooping, squatting, and lifting items above your head.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle. </li>
<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li>
<li>Basic math skills</li>
<li>Be able to lift 50-70 pounds</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships</li>
<li>Ability to perform in fast-paced environments</li>
</ul>

<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Good driving record with no traffic violations</li>
