You’re an RN who likes real relationships, fast-paced clinic flow, and doing work that matters. You’ll support providers, care for patients across all walks of life, educate, coordinate, document, and keep the day moving without sacrificing compassion.
Why this role doesn’t feel like “just another clinic job”
Alluvion Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). That means you’re not just treating symptoms; you’re helping remove barriers to care. Our patients get integrated services across medical, dental, and behavioral health, and our team works together to get people what they actually need.

- Run strong patient intake: vitals, histories, screenings, immunization review
- Prep and assist with exams, procedures, treatments, and follow-ups
- Give medications and immunizations per provider orders

- Keep documentation clean and timely in the EMR
- Coordinate referrals, specialty care, and community resources
- Jump into team huddles and Quality Improvement work (you’ll have a voice here)
- Protect privacy and safety—HIPAA always, professionalism always
You’ll thrive here if you’re the kind of RN who…
- Can assess quickly, stay calm, and handle the unexpected
- Communicates clearly (patients, providers, coworkers—everyone)
- Enjoys being the steady center of a busy clinic day
- Treats every patient with dignity, even when the day is chaotic
