The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

<li>Builds relationships by using names, and initiating conversations with members, staff, and volunteers.</li>
<li>Develops and monitors annual membership budget, reporting monthly on variances, and adjusting when needed.</li>
<li>Develops an annual marketing and membership promotion plan.</li>
<li>Recruits, hires, trains, develops, and directs personnel. Reviews, and evaluates staff performance. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals.</li>
<li>Promotes membership and programs through email, text, social media posts, etc. </li>
<li>Works to ensure a diverse and inclusive culture at the Y.</li>
<li>Ensures proper implementation of welcome center procedures. Reviews and updates desk procedures and communicates changes to staff. Coordinates with the business office as necessary on financial transactions.</li>
<li>Manages membership paperwork with the support of the welcome center supervisor, ensuring the accuracy of membership data, promptly following through with membership status changes. </li>
<li>Actively participates in team meetings and committees as assigned.</li>
<li>Collaborates with all program directors to ensure a seamless experience for all members.</li>
<li>Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues.</li>
<li>Adheres to all YMCA policies.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ol>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-3 years of customer service experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience along with High School Diploma, or GED.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED, and First Aid.</li>
<li>Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community</li>
<li>Microsoft Office, and Member Database experience</li>
<li>Ability to address and make solid decisions in emergency situations.</li>

As the Memberships Director, you will spearhead the development and growth of our recurring revenue membership business across multiple verticals. You’ll architect membership offerings at multiple tiers—ranging from accessible monthly plans to premium mastermind experiences—each designed to support real estate investors, traders, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders.&nbsp;

Qualifications:&nbsp;
