Reporting to senior leadership, this role owns the post-close experience end-to-end—driving cycle times, trade accountability, and homeowner satisfaction (Eliant) while mitigating risk and elevating standards across the division.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead the Customer Care/Warranty department; set SOPs, KPIs, staffing plans, and performance standards.</li>
<li>Own the warranty process from intake/triage through trade dispatch, scheduling, completion, and sign-off.</li>
<li>Ensure homes are move-in ready; partner with Construction to target zero walk-through items and reduce repeat work.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Travel to the clinic or the client's home for therapy sessions &nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions per the behavior intervention plan&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy for skill and social development&nbsp;</li>
<li>Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materials&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use data collection tools to measure outcomes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with the&nbsp;Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)&nbsp;to adjust treatment plans&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to the client's family&nbsp;</li>
<li>Document session notes and complete required paperwork  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure a clean and organized therapy environment &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and teaching skills &nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in computers and writing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to actively engage with kids for 20 minutes at a time&nbsp;</li>
<li>Availability for at least 12 hours per week (afternoons and evenings)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to&nbsp;work part-time for 3&nbsp;-&nbsp;4 hour&nbsp;shifts at&nbsp;least 3 days a week&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 25 miles&nbsp;for in-home service positions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proof of Immunization (MMR and Varicella). Learning ARTS will assist&nbsp;in getting the immunization records needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reliable transportation&nbsp;</li>
<li>U.S. work authorization&nbsp;</li>
<li>Military service is a plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>RBT certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire - We provide training and will reimburse the application and exam fees. A $2/hour raise is awarded upon successful certification!</li>
