<li>Demonstrated success with generating increased funds fromindividual donors, both major donors and annual appeals, through acoordinated, strategic approach. Knowledge of planned giving andexperience with online fundraising.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with theability to represent the organization externally across a widerange of stakeholders and constituencies.</li>
<li>Strong relationship builder with the ability to find commonground, build consensus, and strengthen collaboration among diversestakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills that reflectability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, and ability tomanage multiple deadlines simultaneously.</li>
<li>Baseline certification in fundraising, the CFRE (CertifiedFundraising Executive), or equivalent experience is required.</li>
<li>Ability to take the initiative to identify and act on problemsand lead by example.</li>
