ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to support and oversee maintenance operations within our multi-family housing portfolio. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing maintenance and construction-related tasks across residential buildings, common areas, grounds, and parking facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for maintaining curb appeal, which may involve supporting leasing and management teams with model unit detailing, signage, banners, and other presentation needs to support occupancy goals. Adherence to company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and preventative risk measures is required at all times. Additional duties may be assigned as operational needs evolve.
