<li>Collaborate with Imaging Leaders to oversee staffing and workload needs, adapting to daily operational changes to ensure appropriate staffing levels.</li>
<li>Facilitate staff orientation for new equipment and procedures; maintain records of in-service education; organize, schedule, and promote educational activities.</li>
<li>Keep track of sub-optimal imaging reports, providing follow-up and reviews with technologists. Monitor trends and offer guidance or retraining in areas needing improvement.</li>
<li>Conduct assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and modification of clinical education in radiology modalities.</li>
<li>Perform imaging and procedures within the assigned modality, ensuring comprehensive patient care.</li>
<li>Consult with physician leaders regarding procedures performed in the designated imaging modality.</li>
<li>Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage supply levels in the Imaging Department, including ordering, maintaining, and distributing supplies to control departmental costs.</li>
<li>Develop and uphold processes that support ongoing accreditation.</li>
<li>Maintain a state of alertness and safety at all times.</li>
<li>Carry out additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree required.</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two years of relevant experience.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:

<li>Regular standing and walking.</li>
<li>Frequent use of vision and depth perception for both near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) distances.</li>
<li>Regular use of hearing and speech for effective communication.</li>
