The General Worker is a versatile, entry‑level team member who supports a wide range of production and facility operations. This role is assigned wherever needed throughout the shift and plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflows, product quality, and a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates are adaptable, safety‑driven, and eager to learn multiple aspects of manufacturing operations.
\nKey Responsibilities\n

<li>Assist with material handling using forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks (training provided).</li>
\n
<li>Support machine operations, including loading, feeding, and basic operation under supervision.</li>
\n
<li>Provide assistance across departments such as sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, forming, and shipping.</li>
\n
<li>Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met.</li>
\n
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.</li>
\n
<li>Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety‑focused workplace culture.</li>
\n
<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production needs.</li>
