Position: Golf Operations Team Member Location: Haig Point Club &amp; Community
Purpose: Deliver exceptional customer service to Haig Point Members and Guests with a genuine and professional approach. Anticipate and fulfill customer needs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet Members and Guests upon arrival.</li>
<li>Set up, maintain, and clean the Practice Facility and associated equipment.</li>
<li>Stage and prepare golf carts with all required supplies.</li>
<li>Manage Member clubs, push carts, and storage requests.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of all golf-related areas (cart barn, podium area, putting green, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist with on-course duties such as pace-of-play monitoring and deliveries.</li>
<li>Ensure comfort stations are fully stocked and clean.</li>
<li>Support Golf Professionals with daily operations and special tasks.</li>
<li>Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Physical capability to stand, walk, and operate light equipment for extended periods.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel) is a plus.</li>

Role Requirements:
