Experience

Recruiting &amp; Talent Development (Growth Focus)

<li>Assist with job postings and applicant review</li>
<li>Participate in candidate screening and interviews</li>
<li>Learn recruiting best practices and employment compliance standards</li>
<li>Support onboarding, orientations, background checks, drug screens, and reference checks</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs</li>
<li>Help generate candidate leads through job boards, networking, and social media</li>
<li>Support campus recruiting and hiring events</li>
<li>Track recruiting activity and performance metrics</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Strong interest in recruiting, HR, or staffing as a long-term career</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and customer-service driven</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Recruiting, staffing, or HR-related experience</li>
<li>Experience with applicant tracking or HR systems</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must be able to commute to Houston, TX 77092</li>
<li>Must be flexible to travel to Austin 6–7 Saturdays during the Fall season</li>
