An active member of the front-line customer service team, the Guest Services Manager will hire, train, and manage a team of Guest Service Representatives and support a team of Guest Service volunteers. JOB CLASSIFICATION:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
