Great Hill Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Help Desk Analyst to support our government customer with network system administration in support the model based systems engineering support team. This position will be based in our customers Patuxent River, MD on a rotational first and second shift .This position will entail supporting the Naval Air Systems Command (NavAir) Leveraging Innovative Framework and Technology (LIFT), in particular, the Digital Analytics, Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Objectives:
