Qualifications

 Additional Information 
The base pay for this position ranges from $89,325 USD to $115,100 USD. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.

Job Summary
A organization is seeking an IT Customer Support Specialist III to support desktop and endpoint operations. Under general supervision, this role provides hands-on technical assistance for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, monitors, and associated software and network connectivity. The position requires strong experience with endpoint deployment, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and user support in an enterprise environment.
ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities

Build and deploy desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
</li>
<li>
Verify successful installation by ensuring:
<ul>

BitLocker encryption keys are stored in Active Directory and Intune
</li>
<li>
MECM client is installed and operational
</li>
<li>
Devices remain connected to the network for at least 2.5 hours post-build
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Confirm all required software listed on build documentation is installed
</li>
<li>
Document all assigned IT assets (devices, monitors, printers, scanners, docking stations, etc.) in the asset management system per procedure
</li>
<li>
Diagnose and resolve endpoint hardware and software issues reported by users
</li>
<li>
Record all work in the Help Desk ticketing system
</li>
<li>
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs or coordinate vendor repair services
</li>
<li>
Assist with proper removal, disposal, and salvage of obsolete equipment following established procedures

Perform additional IT support duties as assigned

Monthly Responsibilities

Ensure commission backup tablets are connected to the network for scheduled patching:

Powered on and connected via patch cable on the second Friday of each month
