Architect - Senior We are looking for a Senior Licensed Architect who is fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture with a specific emphasis on mission critical facilities supporting office space. The successful candidate will be required to independently solve problems encountered and perform architectural assignments under general supervision, and use independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Minimum Requirements:
-5-10 years of architectural experience with NCARB registration
-Registered as a Licensed Architect is a requirement for this position
-Ability to design in CADD
-Design ability in Revit, and/or BIM is a plus. .
-Excellent writing skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Team management and coordination of architects and/or technicians on assigned work to ensure that the work is being coordinated between disciplines and tasks are completed on schedule
-Act as the liaison between vendors, contractors, as well as the Operations team to meet deliverables and completion dates
-Draft, write and proofread full reports and specifications
-Assist with project proposals, scope of work, schedules and fees
-Develop budget estimates
-Prepare and/or supervise preparation of architectural plans and renderings, consult manufacturers, evaluate and select materials, and inspect architectural features of structures in the field
- Sign/Seal Drawings.
