Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Technician to conduct testing and evaluation of next-generation suppressor systems. This role will work collaboratively with Business Unit verticals (Military, Law Enforcement, Commercial, and International) and Research and Development to understand the testing requirements and needs for a given product lifecycle and will support testing of our suppressor technologies from bench to field. The ideal candidate has a solid background in mechanical engineering, instrumentation, and product testing and evaluation. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Collect, integrate, and interpret data from product testing sessions. </li>
<li>Provide general research and administrative support to ensure smooth lab operations. </li>
<li>Maintain, manage, and repair laboratory testing equipment. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Research and Development engineers to transform data into actionable insights. </li>
<li>Advance lab capability and efficiency by assessing/integrating new equipment and/or developing new methodology and analytical tools. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and make sure lab remains fully operational. </li>
<li>Assist in developing test protocols and refining data collection methods. </li>

Required Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Position Overview
We are seeking a CSAT Integration Technician to support the hands-on integration of satellite subsystems and harness assemblies. This role is focused on precision electronics integration, cable and harness dressing, soldering, and mechanical fitment during satellite build activities. The CSAT Integration Technician will work closely with integration leads and engineers to identify issues during build, prevent damage during assembly, and ensure work is performed to documented procedures and quality standards. 
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to recognize when integration steps are being performed incorrectly, and the confidence to escalate issues before hardware is damaged. 
This position is assigned to Shift 3: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Depending on business needs, this role may also have opportunities on:

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform satellite integration activities including electronics installation, harness dressing, and harness termination </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Terminate, route, dress, and secure wire harnesses per drawings, work instructions, and IPC standards </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform soldering, rework, and inspection on flight and non-flight hardware as required </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Integrate mechanical and electrical assemblies while ensuring no damage occurs during installation </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identify integration issues, fitment conflicts, or process gaps and communicate them to integration leads and engineers </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Recognize when improper techniques or procedures could result in hardware damage and stop work when necessary </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support troubleshooting of integration-related issues identified by the integration team </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Follow ESD, cleanliness, and aerospace quality standards at all times </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Document issues, discrepancies, and lessons learned during integration activities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering, quality, and test teams during CSAT build and integration </li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Education:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required </li>
</ul>

<li>Technical certification, associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics, aerospace, or manufacturing preferred </li>

Experience:

<li>Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in electronics integration, aerospace manufacturing, or complex electromechanical assembly </li>

<li>Hands-on experience with wire harness fabrication, termination, and dressing </li>
