This position is responsible for maintaining the Salesforce database and applications. Position will act as user support and help desk for Salesforce users. 
Tasks/Responsibilities:

<li>Manage IT and security requests for the SOC 2 Type 2 Annual Audit; ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy standards, collaborate with internal and external partners, and provide documentation upon request.</li>
<li>Manage Outsource Help Desk, ensuring reported issues are promptly addressed and resolved.</li>

Skills/Requirements:

Salary Information:
