Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Technician to conduct testing and evaluation of next-generation suppressor systems. This role will work collaboratively with Business Unit verticals (Military, Law Enforcement, Commercial, and International) and Research and Development to understand the testing requirements and needs for a given product lifecycle and will support testing of our suppressor technologies from bench to field. The ideal candidate has a solid background in mechanical engineering, instrumentation, and product testing and evaluation. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Collect, integrate, and interpret data from product testing sessions. </li>
<li>Provide general research and administrative support to ensure smooth lab operations. </li>
<li>Maintain, manage, and repair laboratory testing equipment. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Research and Development engineers to transform data into actionable insights. </li>
<li>Advance lab capability and efficiency by assessing/integrating new equipment and/or developing new methodology and analytical tools. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and make sure lab remains fully operational. </li>

Required Qualifications:

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Testing and adjustment of air/hydronic systems utilizing specialized company-provided equipment.</li>
<li>Investigate systems and operational deficiencies to determine corrective actions.</li>
<li>Read and interpret project mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment performance data to determine proper balancing techniques.</li>
<li>Document activities with TAB reports, assessments, and other specific deliverables including system pre-demo TAB audits (design vs as-found conditions), ventilation and pressurization assessments, temperature and humidity assessments, duct leakage assessments, new construction, system troubleshooting reports, system performance verification reports, seasonal testing reports, deficiency reports, design review reports, pre-field engineering reports, and design/construction deficiency reports.</li>
<li>Responsible for proper care/maintenance of company-provided tools, vehicles, and test instruments.</li>
<li>Accurate and repeatable test data.</li>
<li>Actively participate in the company's training program.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) operations.</li>
<li>TAB Certification from a recognized organization (AABC, NEBB, TABB, NCI) preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Driver’s license with clean driving record.</li>
<li>Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience with PDF software</li>
<li>Willingness to relocate to the DMV area</li>

Position: Signal Integrity Test Technician
Location: Valley Green, PA
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking a highly motivated Signal Integrity Test Technician to join our team located in Etters, PA. This role will focus on the high-frequency characterization of cable and backplane interconnect products using advanced test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs). The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, hands-on test experience, and a passion for working with next-generation high-speed interconnect technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Perform S-parameter characterization of cable assemblies, backplane connectors, and related high-speed interconnect products using Vector Network Analyzers (up to 70 GHz+).</li>
<li>Set up, calibrate, and maintain precision RF test equipment including VNAs, probes, fixtures, and time-domain accessories.</li>
<li>Execute standard and custom test procedures to validate insertion loss, return loss, NEXT/FEXT, impedance, and crosstalk performance.</li>
<li>Assist engineering teams by providing accurate and repeatable measurement data for new product development, validation, and customer reports.</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation including test logs, summary reports, and data files for internal teams and customer delivery.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot test setups, cables, fixtures, and connections to ensure data integrity.</li>
<li>Support process improvement initiatives to streamline measurement workflows, reduce variation, and improve throughput.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Signal Integrity Engineers on root-cause investigations, test methodology development, and correlation studies between simulation and measurement.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and organized lab environment, ensuring compliance with company standards.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience operating VNAs (Keysight, Rohde &amp; Schwarz, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Familiarity with RF calibration methods (SOLT, TRL, ECal, fixture de-embedding).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of transmission line theory, impedance control, and high-frequency signal behavior.</li>
<li>Proficiency with data handling tools (Excel, MATLAB, or similar).</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured test processes.</li>
<li>Prior experience in high-speed interconnect or cable/backplane testing preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of differential signaling, PAM4, and compliance test methodologies preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) and other signal integrity test methods preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test plans.</li>
