 What a Floor Technician does with Environment Control:
<ul>
<li>Learn and apply Environment Control procedures, uphold Environment Control standards.</li>
<li>High speed floor buffing.</li>
<li>Stripping and waxing hard surface floors.</li>
<li>Extracting/encapsulation carpet and upholstery cleaning.</li>
<li>Cleaning of single-story windows.</li>
<li>Construction clean-up.</li>
<li>Loading and unloading company vans with equipment.</li>
<li>All other tasks/duties assigned within scope of the Floor Technician position.</li>
</ul>
 What You’ll Need:
<ul>
<li>Must have ticket/violation free driving record. </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>1 year experience (preferred).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Willingness to work days and/or weekends as needed.</li>
<li>Must have Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2 - Intermediate) in English. </li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation. Own vehicle is preferred. </li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).</li>
