Location: New York, NY (Hybrid- Three days per week in the office, subject to change) We are seeking a Quantitative Researcher – Real Estate &amp; Econometrics with a strong foundation in economics, econometrics, finance, or commercial real estate and an interest in applying quantitative modeling to real-world market behavior. <li>Proficiency in Python and familiarity with analytical/ML libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost).</li>
<li>Experience working with large or complex datasets and using data to study market dynamics.</li>

SALARY RANGE: The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 for applicants who have completed undergraduate or master's degrees and $250,000 for applicants who have completed PhDs (or have comparable professional experience).
