Position Summary
Under general supervision of the Senior Nutrition Director or a higher-level administrator, operates and manages a Senior Nutrition Program with little on site supervision. This supervisory position involves responsibility for efficient distribution and serving of meals to seniors. Supervises a team of Food Service helpers, drivers and volunteer workers. Maintains records and reports as required by The Salvation Army and San Diego County, attends meetings as required, publicizes programs and services.
Essential Functions

<li>Develop and supervise the Senior Nutrition meal service at site and oversee preparation and service of meals for congregant clients.</li>
