As a systems integrator, Taurus Controls Group scope of work on a typical project will include industrial control panel design, instrumentation selection, preparation of submittal / O&amp;M documentation, oversight of control panel construction, PLC/VFD/HMI/SCADA programming, control panel testing, onsite startup, and customer training. A significant portion of the work we do as a systems integrator supports the municipal water / wastewater industry.

Education and Experience Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities 

The Engineering Managers primary responsibility is to ensure that all members of the engineering group have sufficient instruction, training, and access to resources to be successful in their roles for the work they are assigned. The main duties of the Engineering Manager are to review new projects, assign tasks, answer technical questions, and review the work of others as part of a collaborative effort to produce timely and accurate engineering deliverables.

<li>Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day flow of the dining room from greeting guests and managing service to solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly.</li>
<li>Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Whether its a birthday dinner or a casual lunch, youll make sure every guest feels seen, cared for, and excited to return.</li>
<li>Develop &amp; Inspire the Team: Coach, mentor, and support a dedicated front-of-house staff. Youll build a strong team culture rooted in respect, pride, and a shared love for hospitality.</li>
<li>Work Hand-in-Hand with the Kitchen &amp; Bar: Great service is a team effort and youll be the glue that keeps communication strong and service seamless.</li>
<li>Maintain the Atmosphere: Help keep the space clean, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards down to every last detail.</li>
<li>Support the General Manager: Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and daily operations making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.</li>

What Were Looking For:

<li>Experienced Leader: Youve got at least 3 years of restaurant management experience under your belt preferably in a full-service or high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Team-Oriented &amp; Positive: Youre a natural leader who motivates by example, uplifts your team, and brings good energy to every shift.</li>
<li>Hospitality-Driven: You genuinely care about people. Creating memorable experiences and making guests feel at home is what drives you.</li>

<li>Organized &amp; Calm Under Pressure: Youre great at managing a lot at once while keeping service smooth and the vibe positive.</li>
<li>Reliable &amp; Flexible: This is a full-time, salaried position (approx. 50 hours/week) with availability needed for nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
