Dining Room Manager Be a Key Part of Something Special at Amaros Table (East Vancouver)
Were opening a brand-new Amaros Table location in East Vancouver and are looking for both a Dining Room Manager and a Bar Manager to help lead our front-of-house team.

Known for thoughtful hospitality, scratch-made food, and a beverage program that continually earns Best Cocktail awards, we are excited to bring our unique blend of heart and craft to a new neighborhoodand we need strong leaders to help make it shine.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day flow of the dining room from greeting guests and managing service to solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly.
- Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Whether its a birthday dinner or a casual lunch, youll make sure every guest feels seen, cared for, and excited to return.
- Develop & Inspire the Team: Coach, mentor, and support a dedicated front-of-house staff. Youll build a strong team culture rooted in respect, pride, and a shared love for hospitality.
- Work Hand-in-Hand with the Kitchen & Bar: Great service is a team effort and youll be the glue that keeps communication strong and service seamless.
- Maintain the Atmosphere: Help keep the space clean, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards down to every last detail.
- Support the General Manager: Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and daily operations making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
What Were Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: Youve got at least 3 years of restaurant management experience under your belt preferably in a full-service or high-volume environment.
- Team-Oriented & Positive: Youre a natural leader who motivates by example, uplifts your team, and brings good energy to every shift.
- Hospitality-Driven: You genuinely care about people. Creating memorable experiences and making guests feel at home is what drives you.
- Strong Communicator: You know how to listen, speak clearly, and stay solution-focused even in the busiest moments.
- Organized & Calm Under Pressure: Youre great at managing a lot at once while keeping service smooth and the vibe positive.
- Reliable & Flexible: This is a full-time, salaried position (approx. 50 hours/week) with availability needed for nights, weekends, and holidays.
