<li>Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience in a 600+ bed teaching hospital</li>
<li>Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS</li>
<li>Must have prior Level 1 Trauma experience</li>
<li>Ability to interpret telemetry independently</li>
<li>Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to offer, with up to 2 attempts</li>
<li>SIMs Lab pass required on Day 1, including sterile technique for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes</li>
<li>Must provide copy of driver’s license for address verification (50-mile radius rule applies)</li>
<li>Men must be clean shaven for fit test; only natural hair color permitted; facial piercings not allowed</li>
<li>Two professional references required: one supervisor from past 12 months and one peer/supervisor from past 3 years</li>
