Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our research team. The CRC will coordinate and support all aspects of clinical trials and research studies, including subject recruitment, data collection, regulatory compliance, and specimen handling. Candidates with current Phlebotomy certification or Medical Assistant (MA) certification are strongly preferred, as this role may include specimen collection and basic clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Teaching
<ul>
<li>Lead a dynamic, safe, and engaging&nbsp;vinyasa yoga class&nbsp;each week.</li>
<li>Provide clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and appropriate hands-on or verbal assists (as trained).</li>
<li>Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for students of all levels.</li>
<li>Arrive early to prepare the space and stay afterward to clean and reset the room as needed.</li>
<li>Embrace and integrate the&nbsp;cinematic infrared environment&nbsp;to enhance the student experience.</li>
</ul>
Front Desk
<ul>
<li>Greet students warmly and provide excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Manage check-ins, class sales, membership questions, and retail transactions.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized lobby, studio, and common areas.</li>
<li>Support studio operations, including opening/closing duties.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and management.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum&nbsp;200-hour yoga teacher training (RYT-200)&nbsp;with strong vinyasa teaching experience.</li>
<li>Friendly, reliable, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Comfort with technology and studio management software (training provided).</li>
<li>Availability for the required weekly class and weekly desk shift.</li>
<li>Commitment to supporting Namaste Yoga’s culture, community, and values.</li>
<li>1+ years of teaching experience.</li>
<li>Customer service or front-desk experience.</li>
<li>Willingness to pick up additional teaching or desk shifts as needed.</li>
</ul>
