The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for company payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government and state regulations and for assisting the Payroll Manager with audits, trainings, and tax payments. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Audits: Assist with running reports, pulling documentation, and gathering all required documents requested for regular audits.</li>
<li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all payroll records comply with company policies and legal regulations, including wage and hour laws, garnishments, and benefit deductions. </li>

Qualifications:

<li>Experience: 5 or more years of In-House payroll processing experience. Union experience highly preferred. Constructions experience highly preferred.</li>

The Senior Mechanic, Water Systems is responsible for owning the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all GMP water and clean steam systems supporting sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role serves as the site subject matter expert (SME) for Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and Clean Steam systems, ensuring continuous compliance, inspection readiness, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

<li>Operate, monitor, and maintain GMP water and clean steam systems, including PW, WFI, Clean Steam, and all associated generation, storage, and distribution equipment.</li>
<li>Perform routine and advanced preventive maintenance on system components such as RO units, EDI systems, stills, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pumps, valves, UV units, and distribution loops.</li>

Summary: Your duties will include but may not be limited to: keeping accurate medical records, clerical work, client education, promotion of hospital products and services, and direct support of the hospital administrators and other team members. This requires a practical knowledge of Art City Vets procedures; policies and services; client and patient treatment protocols; data transcribing; word processing; and the standard procedures, records, and terminology used in the veterinary hospital.
 
Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Client Service Representative include, but are not limited to the following activities:
-Maintaining and supporting a positive client experience.
 
- Follow established hospital policies and procedures when interacting with clients and co-workers.
 
- Greet clients and pets by name immediately upon them entering the building.
 
- Maintain the appointment schedule and strategically schedule appointments to optimize appointment flow for the hospital. Correct or inform your direct supervisor when any errors are found.
 
- Answer business and personal calls in a friendly and professional manner. Route calls to the proper team members and/or take detailed messages for management, doctors, and staff when they are unavailable. 
 
- Check emails, internal communication channels, and voicemail throughout the day and address all requests with-in 24-48 hours; prioritizing requests that are time sensitive.
 
- Answer inquiries about services and/or products and provide knowledgeable advice concerning care and treatment of animals. 
 
-Invoicing/Payments- Prepare invoices, collect and process payments. This will include making changes, processing credit card payments. Know the fees for routine services so that you can inform clients. 
 
-Prepare and update all required hospital forms.
 
-Intake lab specimens clients bring in for laboratory analysis, label, and record in our operations platforms, and take to the appropriate lab holding location.
 
-Other various administrative tasks.
