Senior Account Executive – IT Staffing / SOW Solutions (Hybrid | Pennsylvania)


I’m partnering with a well-established IT staffing and workforce solutions firm seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead business development and client expansion efforts. This is a senior-level role for an experienced, consultative sales professional with a strong background in staffing, SOW, SaaS, or IT MSP sales.

This is a hybrid role based in one of several Pennsylvania offices (on-site Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday).


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative solution selling.
  • Partner with clients to design and deliver IT staffing, workforce, and SOW-based solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market rates, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and within the local business community.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in staffing, IT services, SOW, SaaS, or MSP sales.
  • Proven success in solution-based, consultative sales with a record of developing and retaining key client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
