Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. This role involves supporting daily spa operations, assisting clients with check-in and check-out, promoting services and memberships, and helping maintain a clean and professional spa environment. Spa Associates are also responsible for meeting individual sales goals through the promotion of memberships, upgrades, and retail products.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Meet or exceed individual membership sales goals.</li>
<li>Learn and understand our full menu of services (training provided).</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with guests and members.</li>
<li>Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li>
<li>Clearly explain service options, promotions, and membership benefits to clients.</li>
<li>Help ensure the spa is clean, organized, and welcoming.</li>
<li>Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client records.</li>
<li>Support spa operations by performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.</li>

Requirements &amp; Education
<ul>
<li>18 years or older</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li>
</ul>
