The role of Venue Attendant is critical to the success and safety of each event. The Venue Attendant oversees all aspects of the venue during the event. <li>Pick up trash from throughout the property and discard, as well as transfer full trash bags to the on-site dumpster.</li>

<li>Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.</li>
<li>Assist clients with bathroom needs.</li>
<li>Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed.</li>
<li>Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.</li>
<li>Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).</li>

Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 &amp; Year 2 (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire)</li>
<li>Must have First Aid / CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>
<li>Must have a California Driver’s License</li>
<li>Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.</li>

<li>Assist with medical-related care, including catheter placement, wound care, and basic health monitoring&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in behavior or health&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help with transportation to appointments or activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
What You'll Need:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Age 21&nbsp;or older&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and insurance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English </li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Experience with catheter care and wound management is a big plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset</li>
