Responsibilities

The Haven is a faith-driven residential care treatment facility for adolescent survivors of domestic minor sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, and those most at risk for being victimized. As a member of the direct care team, you will provide support and supervision for female adolescent clients between the ages of 8 and 18. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Provide appropriate adult supervision for our clients as they participate in scheduled activities and events.</li>
<li>Accompany our clients to off-site appointments, activities and events.</li>
<li>Create a nurturing environment while providing appropriate structure as our clients progress through their healing journey.</li>
<li>Contribute to the success of our program as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Due to our need to provide around-the-clock supervision, those working overnight-shift will need to remain awake and alert during the entire shift.</li>
</ul>
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $14.00 per hour
Several positions available including Evenings, Weekends, Overnights PRN

Requirements:

<li>All candidates will be required to pass all required federal and local criminal history/background reviews.</li>
<li>Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: One year of experience working with children, families or other vulnerable populations.</li>
