Examination, Testing, and Certification Requirements:

<li>Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to obtain Certification by the South Dakota Law Enforcement Officers Training Academy within 12 months of hire date.</li>
<li>Must be examined by a licensed physician who certifies, on forms prescribed by the commission, that the applicant is able to perform the duties of a law enforcement officer.</li>
<li>Must be interviewed in person. The interview shall include questions to determine the applicant’s general suitability for law enforcement service including appearance, personality, temperament, ability to communicate, and other characteristics reasonably necessary to the performance of the duties of a law enforcement officer.</li>
<li>Has not unlawfully used any prescribed drug, controlled substance, or marijuana within one year before the time of application for certification and pass a drug test.</li>
<li>Background check to include, but not limited to, previous/present employment, social media accounts, driving history, criminal history, personal references, and credit report.</li>
<li>Is eligible to reapply for certification, if the person has for any reason failed to successfully complete the basic law enforcement training program.</li>
<li>Has not had his/her certification revoked, voluntarily surrendered certification, had an application for certification refused, or been dismissed from the basic training program unless the commission, upon application, declares him/her eligible for employment or certification.</li>

Wages:

This person will direct and coordinate activities relative to selling and administering investment agency, IRA, trusts, probate estates and court ordered conservatorships.Duties Solicits business from potential clients Develops contacts with spheres of influence including but not limited to bank personnel, legal and accounting professionals for client referrals Interviews clients to determine financial position and goals, resources, assets available to invest, and estate planning needs Prepares/presents proposals to clients for solving investment needs Coordinates establishment of client’s estate plan with client’s legal and accounting professionals Determines investment strategies for various fiduciary and investment account needs Initiates/manages the investment of accounts according to department investment policy and approved products Ensures accounts are invested according to specific account investment expectations Meets with clients periodically for investment and administrative reviews Serves as a participating member of the Asset Review Committee Prepares annual account reviews for presentation to Account Review Committee Coordinates administrative functions, including but not limited to collection of assets, distributions, tax preparation, legal filings, real property management and file documentation Develops understanding of trust operating system to ensure proper file administration, documentation and client communications Maintains current regulatory competencies in estate planning, probate and trust investing Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Attributes include a positive attitude and good work ethic. Vector Marketing is running interviews for sales rep positions, start work within the week. Basic responsibilities include working with customers, selling our American made products, and placing any orders.
We sell Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience &amp; knowledge about home goods or sales experience isn’t needed. We provide all of the training needed for success.
Position Details: - Reps are paid weekly – base or commission, whichever is higher for the week. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. Reps are paid $25.00 base-appt (per presentation, not based on sales or results). There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.
- Solid training – we’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, &amp; communication skills they build are needed for any field. Reps can start with people they are comfortable with and expand from there.
