<li>Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the front desk in a professional manner, following site-specific protocols.</li>
<li>Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as required.</li>
<li>Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns related to security-related procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate logs and records of all visitors and security-related incidents at the front desk.</li>
<li>Assist with emergency response activities according to site-specific procedures, remaining calm and problem-solving as situations arise.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as needed.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li>
