JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Radiological Safety Manager will provide programmatic and field implementation guidance of the site Radiological Safety Program for upcoming project scope that will include, but not be limited to, the demolition of remaining near- and below-grade components of the Main Plant Process Building; facility deactivation and demolition; contaminated soils remediation and disposition; waste management and legacy waste disposition; safeguards and security; environmental monitoring; surveillance and maintenance; and program support activities. 
The Radiological Safety Manager will oversee all aspects of the WVDP radiological safety program, will maintain regulatory compliance using prior experience and expert level understanding of Federal, State, and local regulations and of national and international radiation protection standards and recommendations, and will oversee and improve upon an established radiological safety program to ensure the Radiological Safety of the WVCA workforce, public and the environment. 
REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or safety-related technical field. </li>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience including 3 years of supervisory/management experience. </li>

THE ROLE:
The Drafter/Designer will collaborate with the responsible Engineer, coordinate the collection of data, and incorporate this information into layouts, drawings, schematics, etc., that are utilized in the manufacturing of turbomachinery components and assemblies. The collection of data includes component dimensional inspection, utilizing inspections performed by others, along with customer supplied machinery data, and related data supplied by the Engineer. On larger projects, the Drafter/Designer is responsible for developing the final design configuration and dimensions, working with the Engineer, by creating a layout, while updating and maintaining the layout throughout the project. The Drafter/Designer transforms the final product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working engineering documents to be used in the execution of projects. This includes drawings, bills of material (BOM), sketches, and instructions. The Drafter/Designer will mentor and convey proper layout and detail drawing techniques to more junior CAD Designers for department and employee development. Drafting personnel are a cross-functional team to support the overall engineering team, as needed, and will participate in collaboration with other Drafting, Engineering, Project Management, Shop personnel, and the company as a whole. The Drafter/Designer represents the organization with customers as required. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSBILITIES:

Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. Working in a variety of settings, the SLP develops and implements individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to facilitate improved communication outcomes and overall quality of life.
Essential Work Functions:
<ul>
<li>Utilize standardized assessments and clinical observation to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population</li>
<li>Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices</li>
<li>Continuously assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record</li>
<li>Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies, home-based exercises, and safe swallowing practices, while offering supportive counseling as required</li>
<li>Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate a comprehensive approach to patient care</li>
<li>Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards while addressing patients’ comfort needs during therapy sessions</li>
<li>Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in speech language therapy</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned within scope of practice</li>

Required Essential Skills:

<li>Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>The ability to read, write, &amp; communicate in the English language is required</li>
<li>Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills</li>
<li>Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending</li>
<li>Interpersonal Skills - To work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism</li>
<li>Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.</li>
<li>Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail</li>

Required Qualifications:

<li>One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN</li>
<li>Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations</li>

The Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit, focusing on continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment. This role encompasses evaluating patient health, implementing specialized care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with cardiac conditions. The position requires strong clinical skills in telemetry nursing, critical thinking abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics. 
Essential Work Functions:

<li>Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately</li>
<li>Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care </li>
<li>Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations</li>
<li>Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients </li>
<li>Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions</li>
<li>Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies</li>
<li>Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients</li>
<li>Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications</li>
<li>Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality of patients and client</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice</li>
