Responsibilities
A Relationship Banking Representative is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers. The person in this position will routinely move between the customer service desk and teller area, as needed. A Relationship Banking Representative must be able to adapt well in the workplace to service the varying customer needs while adhering to bank policies and procedures. It requires someone who will maintain the security of customer information, prioritize items of significance, and be a team player.

Responsibilities
A Branch &amp; Community Development Manager is responsible for strategic implementation of business development plans to drive branch growth and profitability, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to acquire and retain customers, and developing ongoing partnerships with internal and external business partners.

Responsibilities
As an integral member of the Loan Operations Department, this position is primarily responsible for research requests, internal and external credit disputes (e-Oscar) within regulated time frames. Additionally, this role will process bankruptcy updates to the system and update e-Oscar, process charge-off requests, and assist with telephone inquiries from internal and external customers.

The Day-to-Day:&nbsp;

<li>Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.</li>
<li>Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.</li>
<li>Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.</li>
<li>Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.</li>
<li>Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.</li>
<li>Actively participate in training Team Members.</li>
<li>Handle conflicts constructively and work with the GM to achieve resolution.</li>
<li>Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.</li>
<li>Assist with Profit &amp; Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.</li>
<li>Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.</li>
<li>Assist the GM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.</li>

<li>1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred</li>
<li>Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>
