Vice President, Learning & Development Expert w/ BNP Paribas RCC, Inc in Jersey City, NJ. Design custm progrms & initiativs for 7 countries incl in the Americas' talent stratgy. Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in HR, Psych, Mktg, Change Mgmt, Graphic Desgn, or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role OR Assoc deg (US or For Equiv) in HR, Psych, Mktg, Change Mgmt, Graphic Desgn, or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role. Must have 5 yrrs of exp w/: Talent & Dvlpmnt; Financl Srvics Industry knowl; Instructnl & Progrm: designd talent-dvlpmnt road-maps that directly supprt bus goal; in-persn & digitl delivry; Vendor/Supplier Mgmt incl the identificatn, contractg, & evaluatg wrk prodct; Stakehlder Mngmnt: Advise & securs buy-in, resourcs, & alignnt acrss the organizatn for annual prog; & Leadg chnge whilst mng competg priorities & ambiguity w/in a complx matrix organizatn. *Telecommutg permittd 40%: Wrk may be performd w/in norml commutg distance frm the BNP Paribas RCC inc. office in NY & Jersey City. Sal: $140,000 - $190,000/yr.
